Yes! Top Tier Timepieces has a retail showroom in  San Diego where customers can view our inventory, inspect watches in person, and meet with our team.

To ensure every customer receives personalized attention, all showroom visits are by appointment only. Whether you're buying, selling, trading, or consigning a luxury watch, we're happy to schedule a one-on-one meeting at our showroom.

The best way to save on a  Top Tier Timepieces  purchase is to pay by wire transfer. Contact Top Tier Timepieces to discuss wiring instructions. Many of the watches on our website are priced firm but please reach out with any reasonable offers you may have. We strive to respond to your offer as quickly as possible during business hours. If we decline your offer, we may contact you with a counteroffer. If we accept your offer, we encourage you to complete the transaction as quickly as possible. The watch will remain listed for sale until checkout is complete.

Yes! We welcome customers who would like to view a watch in person before making a purchase. Our showroom visits are by appointment only, allowing us to provide a private and personalized experience for each customer.

To schedule an appointment to view a specific timepiece, please contact our team and we’ll arrange a convenient time to meet at our  San Diego showroom.

We would love to discuss any watch you want to purchase. We process a high volume of watches, and the watch you are looking for may already be in our system. Please contact us, and we will let you know if we have the watch in process or if we can source the watch for you.

We issue a check, wire transfer, zelle, venmo, cashapp or paypal within 24-48 hours of delivery and inspection.

Our return period is within seven (7) days of delivery and you also have a 30 day warranty. This grace period applies to watches purchased directly from  Top Tier Timepieces . You may contact us through email or phone to request a refund. There are no returns on trade-in watches.

Every watch we sell comes with our 30-day titan warranty for your peace of mind. If the watch purchased includes any time remaining on the original manufacturer’s warranty,  Top Tier Timepieces  will provide coverage for only 30-days starting from the day of delivery. Should your watch need any service and is covered by warranty, you can return it to  Top Tier Timepieces  or send it directly to the manufacturer. A designated repair partner will repair watches covered by the  Top Tier Timepieces  warranty. Please contact us if you need to initiate a repair.

Guaranteed authenticity  Top Tier Timepieces  is committed to the integrity of the luxury watch industry and will not buy or sell watches that are replicas or contain inauthentic parts. We closely work with watch csa, a proven authenticator tool, to catch any stolen or replica watches. Our watches are all carefully evaluated and authenticated by our swiss-trained watchmakers, without compromising value. Every pre-owned watch is guaranteed to be fully authentic and comes backed by our 30-day titan warranty to give you peace-of-mind. Our watch experts are highly trained to identify any indication that a watch may not be authentic. If fraud is detected,  Top Tier Timepieces will confiscate the watch so that it is no longer in circulation and will work with the proper authorities to identify the source of the fraudulent watch.

Every pre-owned watch we sell is inspected and graded using the scale below, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

New/Unworn - Full factory condition. Protective stickers or film may still be intact. No signs of wear.

Excellent - Barely worn. Faint handling marks at most; no visible scratches under normal light.

Very Good - Light wear consistent with occasional use. Minor surface scratches, no dents or deep marks.

Good - Noticeable wear from regular use. Visible scratches, small nicks, or light case/bracelet wear. Fully functional, no major damage.

Fair - Heavy wear. Deep scratches, dents, or nicks visible. May need servicing or polishing to restore appearance and function.

Disclaimer: Pre-owned watches may have handling marks or surface scratches on bracelet, dial, case or band not visible in photos. Watch has not been pressure tested or serviced unless stated. Please ask any questions you may have before purchasing.
